You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings → Data & Privacy page. Deleting your account removes your personal data; records we are legally required to keep (such as order history) are anonymised. You may also export a copy of your data before deleting.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last Updated" date and version above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
