We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Deleting your account removes your personal profile and sensitive records right away. Financial records that we must keep by law are anonymised so they can no longer identify you. Manage this from Account Settings.
Backups are kept on a short rotating schedule and overwritten regularly, so deleted data is purged from backups within the normal backup cycle.
